CollectionSunnyvale History
TitleSunnyvale Livery and Feed Stable Under Construction, 1898
DescriptionBlack-and-white photograph of the Sunnyvale Livery and Feed Stable under construction at the corner of Evelyn Avenue and Taaffe Street. In 1903, the stable was operated by W.A. Harris. Art McGinnes is driving the water wagon in front of the stable. The water wagon demonstrates a process that is still being used today: watering the dusty fields and road when construction is going on.
